This is how I explain my friend, Catherine Stark, from Ontario.
When COVID-19 commenced, musicians struggled to get by.
Catherine kept the spirit going while participating in Scotia Music's #scotiamusic365 program where you play your instrument every day for 365 days.
This program started more as a community uplifting project to help musicians practice towards a goal while events were closed.
Catherine completed the program while playing her bagpipes.
