Hello Family,
It has been a busy semester studying Chinese Medicine at the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and I wish to share with you a few QiGong movements studied. Audio is "Bells in the Wind" --a now known Holiday song written in Spirit, and channeled to me (in gratitude).
